Our clients today are much more diverse than 30 years ago. Coming from very different geographies they are much more sophisticated, mainly based on the fact that the flow of information available to them today is very rich and freely accessible. As a result of this evolution, we have had to become a much more specialist and professional advisor to them.
Emerging markets will be developing much faster than developed markets in the next 20 years, and over the past 10 years they have already become net creditors with excess capital that needs to be invested around the world.
Investments and relationships have to be managed very sensitively in a changing economy. Consultinghouse has always been well prepared to advise start-up companies as well as medium and large multinational organizations on taking the right investment decisions that will drive further growth of the opportunities in established European markets.
Consultinghouse's main challenge today is to be present in emerging markets so that we can better understand our clients in the context of their home market. Furthermore, we consider it mandatory for us to provide investors coming from emerging markets with the same opportunities and knowledge as those from developed markets, so they can scale their business idea against the global economy. Our responsibility as one of the leading accounting* and management consulting firms is to provide guidance to companies coming from emerging markets, allowing them to successfully expand their organizations in a strong European market.
Since 1983 Consultinghouse has focused on organic growth as a matter of principle. Making acquisitions means merging cultures, which is extremely difficult and disruptive for both clients and employees. Our business is built on tradition and the experience which has taught us to have no risk on the balance sheet.
