B. einem Vertriebsvertreter) verwaltet. Es wird keine kommerzielle T\u00e4tigkeit des ausl\u00e4ndischen Unternehmens durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Repr\u00e4sentationsb\u00fcro wird nach den deutschen Handelsregeln (GewO) nicht als gewerbliches Unternehmen angesehen. Die T\u00e4tigkeit eines Repr\u00e4sentationsb\u00fcros dient lediglich der Marktforschung, der Kunden-\/Lieferantenbeziehungsverwaltung und in geringerem Umfang der After-Sales-Service. T\u00e4tigkeiten, die einen gewerblichen Hintergrund haben k\u00f6nnten, sind nicht erlaubt. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch die Erstellung oder die Weitergabe eines Angebots unter eigener Firmeneinf\u00fchrung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Gr\u00fcndung eines Repr\u00e4sentationsb\u00fcros geschieht im eigentlichen Gr\u00fcndungsprozess. Es ist keine Eintragung im deutschen Handelsregister erforderlich. Bei Unternehmen aus Nicht-EU-L\u00e4ndern ist jedoch das Repr\u00e4sentationsb\u00fcro bei der zust\u00e4ndigen Verbraucherschutzbeh\u00f6rde in Hamburg zu registrieren.
