All information is in context to an individual service you may have subscribed to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For instance, this will allow your Accounting Manager to only view accounting-related information, while your Payroll Manager will only be able to view payroll-related information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, one user may be assigned to multiple user roles if required. An Accounting user might be also an Administrator to manage other users in MyDashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To assign a user role to a user, first, log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/mydashboard.consultinghouse.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyDashboard<\/a> using your personalized login information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that you have to be an Administrator in order to assign user roles to other users<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.consultinghouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/consultinghouse-migration\/service-hubfs\/image-png-Feb-06-2021-02-09-59-25-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On your homepage take a look at the list of all employees that are already existing in MyDashboard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When viewing the list you can already see all those user roles that have already been assigned to individual employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that we handle the creation of new employees in another article<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.consultinghouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/consultinghouse-migration\/service-hubfs\/image-png-Feb-06-2021-02-11-55-03-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the individual employee from the list you would like to sign a new role to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.consultinghouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/consultinghouse-migration\/service-hubfs\/image-png-Feb-06-2021-02-15-09-58-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the employee profile click the button Edit and select the tab <strong>User.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the picklist <strong>User Roles<\/strong> select the user roles you would like to assign to the individual user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.consultinghouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/consultinghouse-migration\/service-hubfs\/image-png-Feb-06-2021-02-18-26-62-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t forget to save your new setting you should be all set.
