Within the email notification, you will find a button that will bring the responsible person directly to the payroll overview tab for the current month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a id=\"Reviewing\" data-hs-anchor=\"true\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reviewing my monthly payroll reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the overview tab, the responsible HR Manager will have the opportunity to review the following information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each individual employee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Net salary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance contributions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private Pension Fund contributions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.consultinghouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/consultinghouse-migration\/service-hubfs\/image-png-Sep-15-2021-03-55-07-90-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contribution overview by insurance name<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, the HR Manager will also receive a complete overview of the monthly contributions by insurance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.consultinghouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/consultinghouse-migration\/service-hubfs\/image-png-Sep-15-2021-03-56-15-05-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a id=\"orchestrating\" data-hs-anchor=\"true\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orchestrating the salary payments for my individual employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last but not least, all payment information will be provided clearly and according to the very specific payment preferences the HR Manager has configured within the service configuration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.consultinghouse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/consultinghouse-migration\/service-hubfs\/image-png-Sep-15-2021-03-58-10-17-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a id=\"download\" data-hs-anchor=\"true\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Downloading the payment information for the current month<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By click on the button &#8220;Download&#8221;, the HR Manager can easily download all relevant payment information.
