Trainee Programm

For young people, it is above all the education that determines their future. Only by a good education, which combines know-how with practical experiences, they will be able to successfully connect their interests with their wishes. For us as a modern company, it is these young people who determine the future through innovations and fresh ideas. But every innovation starts with an investment.

That's why we are a training company and support young people in their career aspirations.

Our trainees are involved early in all crucial processes in order to learn responsibility and to meet – and overcome – challenges. They have an experienced employee at their side to provide practical work experience and the needed know how, so they can improve day-by-day. Only through good cooperation does the self-confidence to self-employment develop and the curiosity to learn and promote something new.

We believe in our youth and want to help and guide them through this step. So that together we can look forward to a bright future.
