Svenja Burtchen

Svenja Burtchen draws on her experience at leading mid-sized law firms in the region and in the corporate legal practice of one of the world’s largest car manufacturers. She advises domestic and international clients on individual employment law, particularly on drafting and reviewing employment contracts, termination agreements and settlement agreements, and on proceedings challenging dismissal before the employment courts. She also advises on immigration and residence matters affecting international employees and helps companies apply for temporary employment agency licences.
