Stefan Grönke is an entrepreneur through and through. He founded his first companies while still in school, gaining valuable experience that has shaped his work today. At the same time, he began his career at well-known banks and management consulting firms, working in both national and international environments. As a tax advisor, he primarily advises entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals on tax planning and structuring in national and international contexts. He has a particular focus on family-owned companies, foundations, and real estate.

Kevin Lucien Schneider has been working in auditing and tax advisory for more than 15 years, including seven years at a Big Four firm. During this time and throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience auditing annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards, conducting special audits, and implementing and auditing internal control systems. Another key area of his work is providing tax advice to real estate companies and investors, as well as advising on accounting and financial reporting matters. He combines his many years of audit experience with in-depth tax expertise and a strong understanding of business relationships, with the goal of developing pragmatic and sustainable solutions even for complex issues.

Luca Eckrich draws on many years of experience as a lawyer at leading commercial law firms. He advises domestic and international clients on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and related disputes (M&A litigation). His other areas of expertise include intellectual property law, particularly copyright and IP matters, contract law and general civil law.

Nico Zeiske draws on his experience at leading regional law firms and as in-house counsel at an SDAX-listed company. He advises domestic and international clients on the legal aspects of business decisions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and implementing legal requirements in day-to-day business. He also represents clients in employment and civil law disputes. His other areas of expertise include tenancy and condominium law, as well as criminal law.

Svenja Burtchen draws on her experience at leading mid-sized law firms in the region and in the corporate legal practice of one of the world's largest car manufacturers. She advises domestic and international clients on individual employment law, particularly on drafting and reviewing employment contracts, termination agreements and settlement agreements, and on proceedings challenging dismissal before the employment courts. She also advises on immigration and residence matters affecting international employees and helps companies apply for temporary employment agency licences.
