AN INTELLIGENT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INTO THE GERMAN MARKET

THE CLIENT

DMI inc believes that digital transformation that is driven by intelligence, both human and artificial, becomes the foundation for the future of digital leadership. Their goal was to set up a new company in Germany and they needed a reliable partner to do so.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

In 2018 DMI inc was in the process of establishing a new company across various global teams that were based in the United States, Spain and Germany. DMI had a very tight schedule and needed a reliable partner who could support them with the setup of the new company in Germany. They already had employees lined up to start at a certain date and a product launch in Europe that depended on this new company. The goal was ambitious but not impossible to achieve.

OUR APPROACH

DMI inc found a reliable and efficient partner with Consultinghouse who helped them set up a plan to successfully start and run their business in Germany. As there was a tight schedule to be met and there was no time to be lost. Besides taking care of their german company setup and legal concerns, Consultinghouse provided a personalized online accounting service that includes the management of the payroll process and year-end reports.

The virtual office allowed DMI inc to start immediately which meant that there were no delays in the setup process of the company and they saved themselves time and money as they did not have to find a location or further staff.
