The Challenge

Too Faced knows that happy employees mean happy cosmetic consumers. Paying out wages accurately and on time is probably a basic, yet important element to keep employees happy pleased and engaged. Who would actually think about what it actually takes to make it happen. We show how the HR-Heros at Too Faced succeed their mission every month.

Too Faced Cosmetics was in need of an individual and online payroll services for all their employees. The goal was to implement an online payroll service that is reliable, flexible, and would allow the employees to access their personal, as well as payroll-related information from on the go.

Once finalised, the HR-Heros from Too Faced receive a notification that their monthly company payroll reports, as well as the payslips for their 45 beauty consultants are ready to be viewed and approved in their customer portal.

All 45 beauty consultants are being paid accurately and on time. The individual employee can login 24/7 to view her or his personal monthly payroll slip.
