THE CLIENT
The Swedish company freespee is a cloud-based communication platform that makes marketing, sales, and service teams better at what they do. At freespee they believe that every consumer deserves a personalized and fulfilling conversational experience. Freespee is doing this by allowing consumer-facing brands to have contextualized conversations with their web and app users by combining multiple data silos into a single digital function.
Freespee was founded in Sweden in 2009 and is active in 15 European markets as well as in the US. To this date (April 2021) the investors, Business Angels, Inventure, and Sunstone Capital have invested 5.2 million euros in the company. In addition, freespee has now launched its analysis tool for mobile phone advertising in Germany.
OUR APPROACH
By setting up as a foreign employer in Germany, freespee got the benefit of having local support on the ground and having a work contract signed with their UK company. Further, freespee stayed compliant when it came to their compliance obligations, and yet, did not have to incorporate a German company. Consulting house was able to guide and support freespee with the administration to hire their very first sales director to represent and grow their business in Germany while being based in Paris.

- Monthly payroll updates are seamlessly be shared with Consultinghouse
- Once processed all monthly payroll reports are reviewed and approved by freespee
- Once approved the reports are ready to be viewed by freespee's employees in Germany
Freespee's employes can login 24/7 to view their personal monthly payroll slip.
Consultinghouse’s online platform “MyDashboard” is hosted in Germany. The portal provides a great digital experience to successfully working together making sure that all monthly deadlines are being met.
